An 8 Week Trauma-Informed Yoga Clinic to Ease Anxiety and Stress
Do Anxiety, Panic, and Stress impact your life and relationships in negative ways? Are you ready to make lasting changes to support a more empowered life? This clinic will support you to gain a deeper understanding of your mind and body, how they are connected, and how you can take contorl back through learning body/mind skills and strategies that support you to ease stress and anxiety in your day to day life! Education combined with movement, breath skills, and other mind/body tools will change your relationship with anxiety permanently. No Yoga experience is necesary to start this journey of addressing your anxiety.
We have two options for days and times:
Mondays: May 8th, 22nd, June 5th & 19th: 6:00-8:00 pm
Saturdays: May 27th, June 10th, 24th & July 8th: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Price: $250 ($210 Early Bird if registered 1 month prior to start date) *need based sliding scale is available
