Alana Watanabe of Watanabe Warrior Womyn (previously Turmeric and Old Lace Healing Essentials) has been an avid fermentation enthusiast since 2009 when she became known in her hometown as the "Fermentation Fairy". She has worked as a professional fermenter in several establishments; today she loves helping people like you find their most healed self in her private practice at hOMe Collective. Each student will prepare a batch of Cranberry Ginger Chutney and take it home to enjoy the magic of fermentation!
